What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality dental care to children, adolescents, and young adults
Build trusting relationships with patients and their families
Educate families on oral health, prevention, and treatment options
Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
Provide preventive, restorative, and other appropriate dental treatments
Monitor dental growth and development
Review diagnostic imaging and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Pediatric Dentistry residency or significant hands-on experience treating pediatric patients
Pediatric Dentist who is board-eligible or board-certified preferred
Active Virginia dental license or ability to obtain one
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to quality patient care
Warm, compassionate approach with children and families
Excellent communication skills
