CNC Machinist$23-$27/hour Based on experience1st6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, Overtime AvailableOur client in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their team in a potential-to-hire capacity. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment, making program adjustments, and ensuring high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and experienced with CNC lathes and mills, including Mazatrol controls.CNC Machinist Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Set up primary equipment and modify programs as neededInstall tools and fixtures and adjust machine control settingsRun first-piece samples and verify parts meet specificationsOperate CNC lathes and mills using G-Code and Mazatrol controlsInspect parts for proper dimensions, tolerances, and finishMake adjustments to maintain quality and production standardsTroubleshoot machining issues and implement correctionsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentCNC Machinist Requirements:2+ years of CNC machining experience requiredExperience operating CNC lathes and/or millsWorking knowledge of G-Code and Mazatrol controlsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsExperience with cylinders or bar-fed machines is a plusStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsReliable attendance and strong attention to detailAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityIND999 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
