No home improvement experience? That's okay. We'll train you on our products and processes. A typical day may include: Answering and responding to customer service requests Monitoring service tickets and following up with customers Scheduling service technicians and appointments Coordinating technician schedules by geographic area Keeping customers updated on the status of their service Helping resolve customer questions and concerns Assisting customers who contact or visit the office Learning our windows, roofing, siding and gutter products so you can better assist customers If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, staying organized and keeping a busy schedule on track , you'll fit well in this role. What You Need High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of professional work experience Customer service or call center experience Basic computer skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience That Can Help You Succeed Experience in any of these areas may be a plus: Service coordination Dispatch or technician scheduling Construction or installation services Home improvement experience is preferred, not required. Full-Time | 40 hours per week Standard hours are: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Due to the cyclical nature of the position, some overtime, evening or weekend hours may occasionally be required to meet deadlines.
