What You'll Do:
Provide expert gastroenterology services, perform specialized procedures, and support patient care for adults aged 18 and above. Enjoy a schedule that includes daytime shifts, night call, and minimal weekend coverage - perfect for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Collaborate with onsite anesthesiology staff, utilize EPIC EMR, and participate in both outpatient and consultative duties.


Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (BE or BC)
• Valid PA medical license
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in gastroenterology
• Strong procedural skills and clinical judgment
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with complex gastrointestinal procedures beyond basic endoscopy
• Familiarity with hospital-based outpatient settings
• Additional certifications in advanced GI techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of post-training experience in a clinical setting
• Prior experience working with electronic health records (EPIC preferred)

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet credentialing within 90 days; temps with clean files are welcome
• Willingness to work scheduled procedures and participate in on-call rotations
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
