Prime Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-EligibleUrologistto join our growing team at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital, a 361-bed urban safety-net hospital serving the vibrant West Side of Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity to build and expand urology services in a community-focused, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Position Highlights:

Comprehensive Clinical Practice: Diagnose and treat the full spectrum of urologic conditions, including prostate disease, kidney stones, bladder disorders, urinary tract infections, male infertility, erectile dysfunction, and urologic cancers.
Access to modern operating rooms, advanced imaging, and supportive multidisciplinary teams (including urogynecology, oncology, pathology, and primary care integration).
Balanced mix of inpatient consultations, outpatient clinic, and surgical cases with dedicated OR time.
Opportunity to develop and lead urology services in a hospital committed to expanding specialty care.

Qualifications

BC/BE in Urology
Eligible for Illinois medical license
Strong procedural skills and commitment to high-quality patient care

Pay Transparency

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $450,000 - $550,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
