Job Description

The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive care to children at a community health center, focusing on routine well-child visits, acute illness management, and chronic disease management. As a member of the general medical team reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the pediatrician will deliver patient-centered healthcare within standard office hours.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and perform accurate diagnoses
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Administer immunizations and monitor child growth
• Provide parental counseling and education
• Maintain thorough medical documentation
• Ensure consistent follow-up care for patients

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of pediatric residency
• Valid medical license
• Board certification in pediatrics
• Expertise in pediatric care, diagnosis, and treatment
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong knowledge of child development
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
