To apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to View email address on job-api.jobget.com Description:Lead assigned areas of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process across multiple entitiesPrepare and review complex journal entries, including revenue recognition, intercompany, inventory, accruals, leases, and manufacturing-related accountingPerform and review account reconciliations ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentationSupport and review OneStream reporting and submissionsDrive timely resolution of reconciling items and unusual varianceEnsure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policiesOwn and execute key SOX controls, including documentation and evidence retentionPartner with internal and external auditors to support audit requests and walkthroughsIdentify control gaps and support remediation effortsMaintain and enhance process documentation and standard operating proceduresWork across ERP environments (JDE, Epicor, Syteline 9) to ensure accurate data flow and reporting integritySupport system transitions and automation initiativesAssist in mapping, alignment, and reconciliation across reporting platformsPartner with IT and Finance to resolve structural or reporting inconsistenciesPartner with Finance and operational teams to ensure accurate financial representationSupport balance sheet reviews with business stakeholdersInvestigate and resolve accounting issues with cross-functional teamsProvide technical accounting guidance to junior staff and business partnersProcess Improvement & Continuous ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in close and reporting processes and implement automation or standardization improvementsLead initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, timeliness, and transparencySupport special projects
