Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a supervising clinician, including routine nursing procedures and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions, documenting outcomes accurately.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and support mobility, feeding, hygiene, and comfort needs.
- Monitor vital signs, manage wound care, and respond to changes in patient conditions per care plans.
- Maintain clear, timely charting and effective communication with the care team, including oral and written handoffs.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to regulatory requirements within the long-term care setting.

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license with eligibility to practice in New Mexico (NM preferred)
- Willingness to work in a long-term care setting and participate in a 3x12-hour shift pattern
- Local assignment eligibility; able to work within the Albuquerque area
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to comply with care plans, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in a high-demand care environment
