Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior strategies.

• Complete all necessary documentation diligently and in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that patient records are maintained accurately and securely.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of our clinical team approach to assess client needs and progress.

• Engage collaboratively with other practitioners to formulate and implement effective positive behavior support plans that align with the individual goals of each client.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of care and operational integrity.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies and community partners, advocating for client needs and facilitating access to additional resources as appropriate.

• Foster an environment of open communication within the clinic to uphold the mission of promoting mental health awareness and support throughout the community.

• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and secure partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Fulfill additional duties as designated by the Clinic Director, ensuring team operations run smoothly and effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
