This position allows for remote work, enabling flexibility while providing essential mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop individualized treatment plans by collaborating closely with clients, taking into account their specific needs, personal goals, and preferences throughout the therapeutic process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), aimed at addressing mood disorders effectively.

• Educate and support clients and their families about mood disorders, various treatment options, and self-care strategies that promote recovery and resilience.

• Track clients' progress throughout treatment and adjust plans dynamically based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care, thereby enhancing treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
