The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring consistent availability for both clients and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify the severity and frequency of their mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans through collaborative discussions with clients, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health needs, preferences, and goals are addressed.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, potential treatment options, and strategies for self-care, thereby empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• Track and document clients' progress systematically throughout treatment, adjusting the approach as necessary to optimize outcomes.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Renewed Horizons Therapy, you will primarily support a diverse clientele comprised of individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly in CBT and DBT, along with a strong grasp of psychopharmacology.

• Demonstrated history of delivering effective outcomes with clients dealing with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
