Change Manager

$50-53/hour W2; Not able to sponsor; Not available for C2C; No third parties **Looking for someone who is hands on content creator **Ideally looking for someone who has worked with technology teams ***Looking for enterprise level experience This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving delivery of organizational change, communication, training, and engagement activities supporting a large-scale transformation. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate organizational change, communications, training, and adoption activities across multiple stakeholder groups. Develop communication materials, training content, awareness campaigns, and enablement artifacts. Translate technical information into clear messaging for leadership and business stakeholders. Manage delivery risks, dependencies, milestones, and execution of change-related workstreams. Support stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption planning, and communication routines. Facilitate working sessions, status meetings, and engagement forums. Experience supporting infrastructure / network engineer or operations teams! Qualifications: Experience leading organizational change, communications, or adoption-focused initiatives. Strong communication, presentation, and content creation skills. Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs. Ability to work across business leaders, technology teams, and change champions.
