Litigation Paralegal

A growing litigation practice is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal / Legal Secretary to support two busy attorneys managing active litigation caseloads. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior level paralegal or legal secretary who thrives in a high volume litigation environment and wants to play a key role in supporting active trial attorneys. Responsibilities Provide litigation support to two attorneys handling approximately 20–30 cases each Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings Manage court filings in state and federal courts Maintain case files and litigation calendars, including deadlines and hearings Coordinate discovery, document production, and case-related materials Schedule meetings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third-party vendors Assist with trial preparation and other case management responsibilities as needed Qualifications 5+ years of litigation paralegal and/or legal secretary experience Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Equal Employment Opportunity Statement The Agency Recruiting follows Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
