Data Specialist/Data Coordinator - MM25

Job Title: Documentation Specialist Sr.
Location: Abbott Park, IL (onsite)
Contract Duration: until 12/18/2026
Working hours - 8am - 5pm
Total hours

Description:

Main Responsibilities:

• Data clean up in excel and Workday Systems

• Auditing and editing talent profiles. Updating, proofreading and editing.

• New software testing. Tech savvy – No coding. Helping with testing internal applications. Will use applications and provide feedback in case edits are needed.

Skills:
• Intermediate to advanced excel. Basic to intermediate PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

• Workday experience. Adobe Acrobat a plus.

• Customer service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proofreading experience

• Good problem solving

• Fast learner

• Has had interactions/experiences with technology and are tech savvy.

Education:
No less than a High School diploma with required experience.

Additional:
• 100% onsite

• 2-4 years experience

• 1 virtual interview
