Bookkeeper PositionOur client located in the Perimeter area is looking to hire a Bookkeeper.Duties will include the following:Process all checks and deposits for the agency accurately and in a timely mannerCash Flow and Expense Management.Enter Income and Cash DisbursementsGenerate ChecksReconcile Account (if not a signor on the account)Track and Maintain Occupancy ProgramTrack and Maintain Agent charges.Administer Allowance activity and generate 1099s at year endResults expected:Timely and accurate administration of accounting functions to include accounts payable and receivable, payroll, debt, occupancy and service programsTimely completion of the reconciliationsBank deposits are made in a timely and accurate mannerQualifications:Strong Accounting backgroundMinimum 2 year College DegreeAttention to detailActs with integrityMS Office Suite with EXCEL and strongly prefer experience with SAGEBase salary 40's to 50's plus Benefits
