Production OperatorGreenfield is looking for a Production Operator to join our growing team.The Production Operator is a crucial role within our facility, responsible for operating filling equipment and maintaining safety standards, regulatory compliance, and product quality. They play a key role in our facility's smooth and efficient operations by ensuring accurate and precise filling of chemicals. As a Production Operator, you will have the opportunity to acquire fundamental knowledge of safety practices, process knowledge, and hands-on experience in handling and filling chemicals. Safety consciousness, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement are also essential in this role.Who You AreActively participate in safety and process improvement initiativesA keen eye for detail to ensure accurate measurement, labeling, and adherence to quality standards during the filling process.Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, process deviations, or product inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective actions.Your Experience Should IncludeMinimum of 6 months or equivalent experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment, preferably in chemical filling or related fields.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Familiarity with GMP principles and the ability to apply them in daily operations to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance is preferred.Understanding of safety protocols, procedures, and regulations within a manufacturing setting. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Proficiency in operating filling equipment or similar machinery.
