Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

As an Office Assistant, you will serve as the primary office support contact while the attorney is in court hearings and client meetings. You will keep daily operations running smoothly by managing incoming phone calls, organizing digital files, and staying ahead of office messages.


What You'll Do
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Answering incoming calls, clearing voicemails, taking detailed messages, and returning client calls promptly
• Reviewing the daily calendar to assist with scheduling, appointments, and upcoming hearings
• Organizing, updating, and managing digital files, pleadings, and discovery documents on internal computer systems
• Gathering, prepping, and staging short physical reference files for daily court appearances
• Operating standard office equipment including high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, and multi-line phones
• Managing administrative workflows independently


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• 1-2+ years of administrative, office support, or clerical experience required (prior legal or compliance background is a plus, but not required)
• Strong computer proficiency, including comfort navigating digital filing systems, email, and office hardware
• Outstanding reliability, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining full-time attendance
• Strong self-motivation and ability to stay productive on task without direct supervision
• Clear, professional phone presence and strong verbal/written communication skills
