What you’ll bring:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) and current teaching licensure
• At least one year of demonstrated experience in a special education setting, preferably with middle school students
• Deep understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and differentiated instruction
• Ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators, support staff, and families
• Strong communication, empathy, and classroom management skills

Your key responsibilities:

• Deliver resource room instruction, accommodations, and modifications for 6th grade students
• Write and implement effective IEPs, tracking student goals and progress
