Senior People Partner: Builder of People Programs (Robotics)

Mytra is building a new era of manufacturing robotics and material handling. We seek a Senior People Partner in Brisbane, CA to scale performance management, engagement, leave, learning pathways, and policy infrastructure as we grow. You will partner with leaders to design and implement programs, own the HRIS, and ensure compliance for a diverse workforce, including non-exempt and contingent staff. You’ll work on cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment, guiding managers and #J-18808-Ljbffr Mytra
