Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position based in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Bradenton, Florida. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include:

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans aimed at preventing disabilities, alleviating pain, and restoring muscle function.
• Managing and supervising physical therapy assistants to ensure the effective execution of treatment protocols.
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their functional capabilities through diagnostic tests and tools.
• Adapting treatment plans based on the client's progress and individual needs, while observing and documenting any changes in their condition.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as manual therapy techniques, exercises, and equipment, to enhance patient recovery.
• Fitting and adjusting prosthetic and orthotic devices and providing recommendations for modifications.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss care plans and strategies for each client.
• Preparing and submitting accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
