Desktop Support Technician

- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for u with hardware, software, and application issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, MacOS, and other standard software.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience configuring & installing Windows PCs, monitors, scanners, wall displays, and printers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ServiceNow experience
