Job Summary Lead facilities operations across multiple healthcare sites within a region. Oversee performance financial management and compliance to ensure safe efficient and successful operations. Responsibilities Lead and support multiple facilities and operations teams Manage regional performance budgets and financial results Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements Support and develop district leaders and staff Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Conduct site visits audits and business reviews Monitor maintenance programs and operational performance Support new business and operational initiatives Qualifications Bachelor degree required engineering preferred Ten years multi site facilities management experience Experience with financial management and budgeting Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards Experience with maintenance systems and reporting tools Strong leadership communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams Willingness to travel frequently Preferred Master degree preferred CHFM certification preferred Union experience preferred Salary: $160-$180K Yearly $55K RDO Bonus Potential Company Car or Car Allowance Generous Relocation Package Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
