What You'll Do

• Provide emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
• Respond effectively to urgent and complex situations, including emergency team activations when necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all clinical protocols
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout their ER visit
• Participate in departmental rotations, including holidays when scheduled

What You Need

• Active Louisiana RN license and emergency care experience
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience, with Epic system familiarity
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications (preferred)
• Ability to work night shift and respond to emergency team assignments
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork orientation
