What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment
• Assess and prioritize patient conditions swiftly and accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and update documentation accordingly
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and urgent patient needs
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years ER experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI certifications

Preferred:

• Trauma or emergency nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in holiday rotations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
