Pre-Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Employment Attorney who thrives in a client-facing, strategy-driven role. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from early evaluation through resolution, building strong client relationships, and maximizing case value. While the primary focus is pre-litigation, the role may include a small number of cases that proceed into litigation. This is not a back-office position. You will be a primary point of contact for clients and will play a central role in case development, valuation, and resolution strategy. The Opportunity This role is designed for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, direct client impact, and hands-on case ownership. You will work with a highly experienced team known for results, credibility, and leverage — factors that directly contribute to stronger settlements and outcomes.
