Job Description The Receptionist role at the Oak Brook location provides front desk support to an office of 375 employees spanning 4 floors. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Directing traffic across several floors Answering phones and visitor management Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages Ensuring cleanliness of all spaces (common areas, conference rooms, break rooms, etc.) Ordering and restocking office and break room supplies Issuing badges Assisting in maintenance of seating floor plan Assisting in execution of office events Multiple other duties as assigned Important Details This is an onsite role 8a-5p, Monday through Friday. About You You’ll fit right in if you have: Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to think on feet (make decisions quickly and confidently) Professional demeanor and appearance Positive attitude Ability to work independently and in a group.
