About the Role:
As a Line Cook at Farmer's Table , you will be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols
Working effectively in a team-oriented environment, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure smooth service
Participating in menu planning, inventory management, and budgeting responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
• Monitor inventory levels, reporting discrepancies to management and assisting with ordering and receiving supplies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
