What You'll Do Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives. Manage daily showroom operations and sales activities to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Coach and mentor sales staff through one‑on‑one training, role‑playing, and performance management. Monitor key performance indicators including closing ratios, lead response times, appointments, showroom traffic, and customer satisfaction. Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences. Assist in desking deals, structuring transactions, and negotiating with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining transparency and integrity. Utilize CRM tools to manage lead follow‑up, customer retention, and sales pipeline activity. Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent. Collaborate with dealership leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share and dealership performance. Maintain a strong understanding of Ford products, programs, incentives, and competitive market trends. Foster a culture focused on customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Automotive Sales Management experience. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving dealership profitability. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a winning team. Experience desking deals and managing the complete sales process. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes. Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Experience with VinSolutions CRM. Ford dealership experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Why Join Razzari Ford?
