Your Mission As our Operations Planner, your primary focus will be on the future. You will take ownership of the production schedule for the next 1-5 weeks, ensuring a realistic and efficient plan is in place. By monitoring forecasts, collaborating with the supply chain, and understanding our manufacturing capabilities, you will have the autonomy to make critical judgments that drive our business forward and ensure exceptional performance. What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Production Planning: Develop and manage production plans that balance customer demand, operational capacity, and material availability to meet ambitious targets for on-time delivery, inventory levels, and productivity. Demand & Forecast Management: Actively participate in monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings. Analyze sales forecasts, identify and correct discrepancies, and perform Available-to-Promise (ATP) checks to ensure reliable commitments to our customers. Supply Chain Optimization: Be a key driver for efficiency. Work with operations to continuously improve lead times and manage material flows for new product introductions and localization projects. Inventory Control: Implement and manage our inventory strategy using Plan For Every Part (PFEP) methodologies. You will define and maintain parameters within SAP to ensure we meet our inventory turntargets. Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a central communication hub. Manage the implementation schedule for engineering design changes and ensure all internal teams and external partners are aligned and informed. Problem Solving: When manufacturing resources are constrained, you will take the lead on allocation management, making critical decisions to best serve our customers and the business. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: A strong decision-maker, capable of working with autonomy and discretion. A proven problem-solver with a customer-first attitude. An excellent communicator, comfortable collaborating with all levels of the organization. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience with an ERP system is required; experience with SAP is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
