Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Plumber Supervisor/Foreman to oversee a team of 6-7 personnel in retrofitting projects. This role involves managing and supervising the replacement of existing plumbing systems in a cedar hotel at Foxwoods initially, followed by projects at various Walmart locations across the eastern half of the state. The position requires expertise in managing existing systems and handling retrofits rather than new construction or installations.

• Oversee and manage a team of 6-7 people during retrofitting projects.
• Supervise the replacement and management of existing plumbing systems.
• Coordinate and ensure the successful completion of projects at Foxwoods and various Walmart locations.
• Utilize knowledge of plumbing, blueprints, mechanical systems, and piping.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure team adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Record work orders using computers.

• 15+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Proficiency in plumbing, blueprint reading, mechanical systems, installation, and piping.
• Licensed P1 or P2 plumber.
• Experience supervising teams of 6-7 people.

• Professionalism in managing teams and projects.
• Ability to work on computers for recording work orders.

The role will be based in a commercial environment, requiring frequent travel to project sites across the state, primarily in the eastern half.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middlefield, CT.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
