Responsibilities Design and draft complex estate planning documents, including Revocable Trusts and related structures. Manage the transfer of QSBS stock, business interests, and real estate. Oversee complex trust and estate administrations. Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis. Supervise and mentor junior associates. Requirements 4-8 years of experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals. Proven track record in managing complex matters independently. Experience in a fast-paced law firm setting preferred. Strong research, drafting, and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred. Certifications Bar admission in the state of California. Skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
