Surface Experts Business Development Representative As a Surface Experts Business Development Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance, educating them about our unique services and building ongoing relationships. Responsibilities Meet with 12-15 contacts a day. Conduct on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups. Visit a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc. Educate customers on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations. Validate levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Earn trust with customers through service and support. Brainstorm and research new customer opportunities. Memorize sales scripts and practice role‑playing. Document sales activities in CRM; track a client from lead to Work Order and all intermediate steps. Report data accurately on a daily and weekly basis. Plan and execute sales strategy for the territory. Qualifications Goal‑oriented, self‑starter, and energetic. Enjoys working with others. Licensed to operate a passenger car with a clean driving record. Professional, caring, and service‑minded. Ready to work within a metrics‑based, process‑driven sales team.
