Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Kentwood MI 49512

Duration: Direct Hire

Pay Range: $22-26/Hrs.

Shift Options:

1. Sunday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:00am

2. Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm

3. Friday-Sunday 6:00pm-6:00am

What’s a typical day as CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:

Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC lathes, CNC mills, and other automated/manual machines to produce precision parts for automotive, electrical, and medical industries
Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute required tasks and specifications
Using specialized measuring tools to verify finished parts meet strict dimensional standards
Ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications throughout machining processes
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of machine tools and related devices

Must have:

Operate CNC Lathes and Mills.
Perform quality inspection of completed parts.
Must have 2+ years of CNC setup and operation experience.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
Are experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints and manufacturing drawings
Have at least 2 years of experience setting up and adjusting CNC machines
Are physically able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs and stand for a full shift
