Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop individualized therapy programs that align with clients' unique needs and desired therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing proven methodologies to engage clients effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to implement coordinated care strategies.

• Guide and educate clients' families throughout the healing process to enhance support systems.

As an LMFT at Bright Path Psychotherapy, you will engage with a diverse client population encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications.
