Somos una empresa que valora el trabajo en equipo, la motivación y la asunción de roles. Como Foreman, serás responsable de liderar instalaciones de paisajes, gestionar un pequeño equipo y garantizar la seguridad y limpieza de los lugares de trabajo. Este rol requiere experiencia en Nuevos Céspedes, Drenaje de Suelos, Paisajismo Suave y la Instalación de Hardscape. Responsabilidades
- Liderar y gestionar un equipo de 2-3 empleados, garantizando que las instalaciones de paisajes se completen según el diseño y las órdenes de trabajo asignadas.
- Seguir las indicaciones del Gerente de Paisajes/Gerente de Proyectos para garantizar el éxito del proyecto.
- Operar y mantener vehículos y equipos asignados de manera segura y eficiente.
- Asegurar que los lugares de trabajo sean seguros y estén limpios en todo momento.
- Capacitar a los miembros del equipo para desarrollar sus habilidades y mejorar el rendimiento del equipo.
Calificaciones
- Experiencia comprobada en Nuevos Céspedes, Drenaje de Suelos, Paisajismo Suave y la Instalación de Hardscape.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo con la capacidad de gestionar un pequeño equipo.
- Competencia en operar y mantener vehículos y equipos.
- Capacidad física para levantar hasta 50 libras.
- Licencia de conducir válida.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar durante el día y ocasionalmente algunos fines de semana.
- Fuerte deseo de aprender y crecer dentro de la empresa.
- Licencia de Conducir Comercial (CDL) es una ventaja pero no es obligatoria.
Compensación
- La compensación para este puesto oscila entre $18 y $27 por hora.
