Network Technician

Overview Technology Staffing and Recruiting Professional / Sales is seeking a Network Technician who can perform all aspects of network installs, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution. This is a full-time role with the company providing great benefits. The position is onsite with no travel required. Base pay range $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr Responsibilities Perform network installations, configure Layer 2 switches, cabling, and related devices. Troubleshoot network issues and handle trouble tickets to resolution. Provide end-user support for technical issues and hardware break-fix as needed. Deliver strong customer service and de-escalation when interacting with users. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in networking (installing switches and network devices, cabling, configuring Layer 2 switches). 2-3 years of End User Support or Customer Support for technical issues; hardware break-fix experience. Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills. Preferred/Plusses Network +
