Affiliate Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
- Pull and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting findings to clients.
- Develop strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing and cross-channel analysis.
- Ensure efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.
- Handle day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam, or ShareASale.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in G-suite & Excel.
Preferences
- Experience with reporting dashboards like Affluent.
- Exposure to different verticals/business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, etc.
- Experience training and coaching junior team members.
- Ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV.
