Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts within a fast-paced technology environment. This individual will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent across the organization, supporting both technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple requisitions, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience. Experience recruiting within technology, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across scientific, technical, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and corporate functions.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, referrals, and professional networks to identify talent.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with position requirements.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.Provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruiting progress, market conditions, candidate availability, and pipeline activity.Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions, approvals, and candidate follow-up.Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment activity within the ATS.Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and hiring progress.Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, university outreach, and other talent attraction initiatives.Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies, applicable employment laws, and confidentiality requirements.Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance through the new hire's first day.
