Program Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React and Micro Services and will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during the day shift. No travel is required. Experience: 10 to 12 years Required Skills: React, Micro Services Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, particularly in the areas of React and Micro Services. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project tasks. Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in project management and technical execution. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to drive innovation and excellence. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports. Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Support the professional development of team members through mentoring and training. Contribute to the company's strategic objectives by delivering high-quality projects that meet client needs. Qualifications: Extensive experience with React and Micro Services. Strong project management skills and experience in leading technical teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
