Executive Operations & Client Experience Coordinator

The Executive Operations & Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for keeping Team Allessio organized, responsive, and operating at a high level every day.You will become the central point of coordination for clients, referral partners, and the leadership team. This role combines executive support, client service, project coordination, and daily operations. You'll serve as the primary executive support to Team Lead Chris Allessio by managing email, priorities, scheduling, communication, client onboarding, CRM organization, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.We're looking for someone with exceptional "people skills"—someone who can make others feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for during one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.Your mission is simple:Deliver an outstanding client experience while helping leadership focus on clients, relationships, recruiting, and strategic growth.
