What You’ll Do in Your First 6–12 Months Own technical hiring searches – Lead full‑cycle recruiting for Product, Engineering, and other technical roles. Build high‑quality candidate pipelines – Proactively source and engage exceptional talent, leveraging outbound recruiting, referrals, talent communities, and market mapping. Drive hiring process excellence – Ensure every search moves efficiently through the funnel by maintaining strong recruiter discipline, clear communication, and rigorous stakeholder management. Partner closely with hiring leaders – Act as a trusted advisor on headcount planning, hiring strategy, organizational design, and talent market dynamics. Raise the bar on candidate experience – Monitor candidate satisfaction, communication responsiveness, and interview quality across searches. Leverage recruiting technology and AI – Use Ashby and modern recruiting tools to automate workflows and generate actionable insights. What You Bring 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring top talent for technical functions. Proven ability to build and convert high‑quality talent pipelines. Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies. Strong operational and analytical skills to manage multiple searches simultaneously and maintain process excellence. A builder mentality and passion for candidate experience. Thrive in fast‑paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and commit to a thoughtful, efficient, and candidate‑centric hiring process. Excellent communication and candidate‑facing instincts, able to pitch the mission and build trust quickly.
