DevOps Software Engineer, Python/JavaScript

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform Infrastructure as Code
• Practical background in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database query languages
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
• Solid grasp of agile practices such as CI/CD, application resilience, and security
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical domain such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
• Exposure to cloud technologies

• We execute software solutions, design work, development, and technical troubleshooting, approaching problems beyond standard methods to build effective solutions
• We create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that operate synchronously with the appropriate systems
• We produce architecture and design documents for complex applications and ensure design constraints are met through software development
• We gather, analyze, synthesize, and build visualizations and reports from large, diverse data sets to support continuous improvement of software applications and systems
• We proactively identify hidden issues and patterns in data and use those insights to improve coding hygiene and system architecture
• We contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new and emerging technologies
