Senior ISC Operations Manager (Weekend Operations Leader)

As a Senior ISC Operations Manager at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving operational excellence across our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is designed for a traditional, people-focused Operations Leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment and is equally passionate about capacity optimization, lean transformation, and site-level project execution. You will be responsible for leading weekend operations supporting approximately 100–150 associates, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution while maintaining strong continuity with weekday leadership teams. In addition to day-to-day operational leadership, you will actively drive continuous improvement initiatives, support capacity planning, and lead cross-functional projects that strengthen site performance and resilience. Reporting directly to site leadership, this role is based on-site in Minneapolis, MN and requires a flexible schedule to support weekend operations, including effective handoffs before and after weekend shifts.
