Company : Privately Owned Hydraulic Parts Distributor Location : San Antonio Comp : Estimated 1st year comp $80-130k+, 2nd year: $150-200k, 3rd $200k+ (heavily commission based, the company projects this comp based on other sales reps' progression) + Benefits. Experienced sales reps have higher earning potential year 1. Start date : As soon as able ***We welcome candidates from non-traditional backgrounds, including military veterans and leaders from non traditional management backgrounds. If you have the drive to owne outcomes, we will teach you the industry*** Overview: Responsible for maintaining, developing, and growing the company's sales in the San Antonio region. The company recently acquired a location in San Antonio, and is looking for someone to preserve existing sales relationships and grow new opportunities. This role will be up to 100% on the road within the San Antonio area, but home each night. The company's sales reps come into the office as needed, but are usually most successful then they stay in the field working with clients. They will teach you the principal knowledge of the fluid connector industry and their products. They are looking for someone who brings a strong drive, ambition, clear communication, and willingness to learn. This role has a generous commission structure with no cap on earnings. Spanish language proficiency is strongly recommended to excel in this region. Core Functions: Manage regional clients and present a professional representation for the company Maintain current customer relationships and increase sales with existing accounts Identify customer needs, collaborate on solutions on client / company side, provide field intel on customer needs Learn customer business models and operational flows. Requirements: Sales background preferred but not required Ability to work autonomously to prioritize, maintain, and improve sales goals High energy, entrepreneurial mindset. Willing to maintain current client base and seek new opportunities in the region. Spanish speaking fluency not explicitly required, but strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr American Outliers
