Do you want to be the best?If you are ready to be the STANDARD, please continue reading.We are seeking a "HANDS-ON" Facilities Maintenance Technician (temporary) who will take pride in maintaining the club facilities in 'like new' condition.How do our technicians practice Model Operations?Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problemsAbility to have a diverse mix of both hard and soft skills, particularly manual laborAssist in providing day-to-day maintenance responsibilities under the direction of the Facilities ManagerElectrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the building’s electricityCarpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the buildingInterpersonal skills to interact with team members and the members in a pleasant mannerAttention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlookedPhysical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the buildingAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the club.
