Requirements Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or 3–5 years of relevant litigation experience Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and e‑filing systems Strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and documentation Preferred 2+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred Experience supporting cases through litigation, including filings and trial preparation Job Overview The Litigation Paralegal partners closely with attorneys to manage personal injury cases from start to finish. This role is responsible for handling a high-volume caseload, maintaining client and stakeholder communication, drafting legal documents, and coordinating filings in state and federal courts. Day‑to‑day work includes organizing case files, reviewing and summarizing medical and billing records, managing deadlines and calendars, and supporting all phases of trial preparation. This is a hands‑on role that plays a key part in keeping cases organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience, are highly organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple priorities.
