We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and highly collaborative HR Generalist to join our growing HR department. In this lean and agile team, you will partner closely with the HR Manager across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, acting as a co-pilot across the entire HR ecosystem.
Your primary focus will be providing comprehensive operational and foundational HR support for our expanding team. The ideal candidate is a true HR all-rounder who thrives in a shared-responsibility environment, possessing a strong biopharmaceutical background and the ability to comfortably pivot between talent sourcing, day-to-day operations, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the HR Manager to manage daily HR functions, ensuring full cross-training to provide seamless coverage across departmental responsibilities.
- Serve as an accessible, trusted point of contact for the team regarding day-to-day HR inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in updating and maintaining accurate employee data within our HRIS platform.
- Collaborate on full-lifecycle recruitment efforts to support our growing multi-state footprint, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various positions.
- Facilitate the offer process and lead the execution of comprehensive, compliant onboarding experiences for employees.
- Coordinate internal processes to ensure compliant business and payroll configuration across new state jurisdictions as team presence expands.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of multi-state labor laws and industry-specific compliance requirements to protect the organization.
- Monitor and track the completion of required compliance and role-specific training modules.
- Assist managers and employees with performance management cycles, documentation, and regular feedback loops.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Requirement: Direct experience supporting commercial teams within the biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industries is highly preferred.
- System Savvy: Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms, compliance tracking systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, adaptability to evolving priorities, strong multi-state compliance awareness, and an collaborative, team-first mindset.
