Experienced as a Administrative Assistant looking to move up? Seeking out a company that values their employees, while providing growth opportunity? Commercial Property Management firm is looking for a Property Administrator who is a team player to join their team in Atlanta. This is a great opportunity to work for a fun group of people as the company continues to expand! Company owns and manages several properties in the office industry. This position will support Class A Office building with multiple amenities, and several events. This position will have support a Property Manager who is willing to train and develop staff!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
• Communicating with tenants on various work order requests
• Following up with vendors to ensure appropriate services provided
• Processing tenant move-in and move-outs
• Coding invoices
• Coordinating vendor services
• Following up on accounts receivable
• Reviewing vendor bids and selecting contractors
• Coordinating preventative maintenance
• Assisting with CAM preparation
• Preparing budgets
• Reviewing financials and providing reporting to Ownership
• Coordinating tenant events
• Ensuring certificates of insurance and business licenses are up to date
• Assisting with various specialty projects

Qualifications and Skills

• Administrative skills, property management experience a plus!
• Ability to work well with a team
• Ability to work well under deadlines
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, JDE and Mailchimp experience a plus!
