Support Specialist Tier 1

Overview Job Summary:The Sales Support Specialist is focused on proficiently and effectively completing Sales Support requests and recurring tasks to help ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance and an overall superior customer experience for internal and external customers. Responsibilities Major Duties:Provide support to internal and external customers by performing a variety of sales support-related tasks and activitiesSupport field sales, and call center sales and service teams in a manner that will help them gain and keep customersBuild and maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer serviceRespond promptly and professionally to all customer and sales team requests, complaints and inquiriesProvide internal and external customers with updated information and status on requests or transactions including order status on delivery schedules and/or delaysReceive, process, and confirm all phone/email communications in a manner that meets or exceeds Quality StandardsComplete all tasks or assignments in a high quality, accurate, timely and compliant manner.
