Operational Support Specialist

Our client is looking for an Operational Support Specialist to join the team in Charlotte, NC! This is an entry level position that offers full training with a national Electrical Engineering firm. The role works hybrid onsite 3 days a week and 2 remote days. The role is meant to be long term and provide growth opportunities! Requirements: Ability to work onsite Completed degree in Business, Engineering, Design, etc Strong MS office skills, specifically with Excel Exceptional organizational skills Day to Day: This role will work alongside the Project Manager and team of engineers to track projects, give client updates, and reports. Will utilize MS Office as well as client systems. Opportunity to move into a project manager role or designer in the future! Accurately gather and enter data into both client and internal work management systems and generation of reports. Manage various confidential databases to include data entry, scheduling, invoicing, accruals and AR reports. Ensure new hires are provided with proper equipment, log in credentials, ID Cards, timesheet training etc. Create and process invoice templates. Assemble project bids, RFI’s and RFP’s. Provide polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. Complete various tasks and projects as assigned by office leadership.
